BILL VANN...TO ALL SECTION CHAIRS
As you can see below, this weekend is the receiving dates for the Young artists' Showcase Annual event. Our Gallery Director has asked for help from
Guild members to assist her during the receiving. We need about 5-6 people, and that will go a long way to help fill this need. Please contact Gina
at the Guild as soon as possible with names of those who will be volunteering to help. Time and dates are listed below.
We are looking for Guild members, and Board members to help us out.
Volunteers Needed!
We are seeking volunteers for Young Artists' Showcase on March 12 and 13, 11:30am - 3:30pm. Volunteers will assist with receiving artwork. If you are able to help during this time, please email Gallery Director, Gina Alvarez.

The March 17th opening for UNDER PRESSURE is another opportunity for ALL OF OUR BOARD MEMBERS to ATTEND, and let the visiting audience know who you are, as well as provide any membership information, or any other details about the Guild that you can answer from those whom you meet and greet at this event. The Board needs to try to make all of our openings as standard operating procedure.
Thanking you, in advance for your cooperation,
Bill Vann
Chairman
