Randy Allen was accepted to exhibit one of his images - "The Awakening - an Interpretive Perspective" in a juried exhibit called "Sharp Shooters: The Best Photography (Just) West of the Mississippi" here in Chesterfield at the Chesterfield Arts Gallery near the Chesterfield Mall.

The image is a composite of 5 images and depicts "The Awakening" sculpture, by Seward Johnson at sunset. Randy employed HDR and Photoshop software to create this image to lend his perspective to this wonderful work of art here in Chesterfield. All of the sculpture images were shot on the same day - April 2nd of this year.
This is his first juried exhibition (Congratulations!), and one of 21 artists (from a field of 76) to have their work displayed in this gallery for 2 months from May 20th to July 16th. This should be a neat show as the juror had over 200 images to select from.
His image has been printed on frameless aluminum in 16x24, and it really turned out well.
Randy would like to get feedback from his fellow guild photographers on this piece.
